Every project begins with a thorough analysis of the technical requirements. Together with the customer, our sales and technical specialists define the key parameters of the equipment – rated voltage, current rating, operating mechanism, required degree of protection, climatic conditions, and any specific installation requirements.

Engineering and Design
Once the technical solution has been agreed upon, the project is handed over to our engineering department. This is where the complete technical documentation required for manufacturing is prepared.
Every detail must meet not only the customer’s requirements, but also the applicable international standards and our high standards for safety, reliability, and long service life.
Manufacturing Under One Roof
Once the design documentation has been completed and approved by the customer, the project moves into production. Individual components go through precisely defined manufacturing processes before being assembled by our experienced team into the final product.
We place great emphasis on continuous quality control throughout the entire manufacturing process. This allows us to identify and address any potential deviations before final assembly.
Inspection and Testing
Before shipment, every device undergoes a thorough inspection. Routine tests are an integral part of the manufacturing process and may also be carried out as part of a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
IVEP has its own high-voltage testing laboratory as well as short-circuit testing facilities, where the correct operation and performance of the equipment can be verified before delivery to the customer.
Customers are welcome to attend these tests in person and confirm that the equipment meets all agreed technical parameters.
Shipping Worldwide
Once manufacturing and all required inspections have been successfully completed, the equipment is carefully packed and prepared for shipment.
Today, IVEP products are used in energy projects around the world. Every shipment is prepared with consideration for the selected method of transport as well as the specific requirements of the final destination.
